Basically, due to the lofty spatial structure and complicated functional characteristics of the large-scale public building itself, it may lead to the air conditioning energy consumption aggravating issues. Especially, the extreme weather conditions of the summer and cold winter region which may generate the adverse influence to the domestic environment, promoting the anabatic energy consumption of air-conditioning systems to contain the indoor thermal environment. Nowadays, the study of energy-saving technology of air-conditioning systems in large-scale public building has been regarded as the issues desperately needed to be figured out, for the sake of addressing the energy conversation problems of public buildings. For this paper the green energy-saving technology research of air-conditioning system is based on the large-scale public building in the hot-summer and cold-winter region. Moreover, this study from the 3R (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) point of view to settle the energy consumption problems.First of all, the ENERGYPLUS software is used to simulate the energy consumption of the public air conditioning systems, and then analyzing the impact factors with orthogonal test method. The order of impact factors should be equipment load, lighting load, personnel density, indoor design temperature, fresh air volume, window-wall radio, window heat transfer coefficient, roof heat transfer coefficient, shading coefficient and wall heat transfer coefficient. Moreover, the regression equation between energy saving rate and impact factors was fitted, which can provide theoretical basis for air conditioning system energy conservation.Besides, the CFD technology could be using to simulate the air distribution of the stratified air conditioning of large space, and then the velocity and temperature field of airflow could be analyzed. It could be obtained that energy-saving during summer is obviously, while due to heat accumulation in the upper leading to energy waste during winter condition. In order to achieve energy saving, the heat of non-air-conditioned area should be recycled. What is more, nearly 20% of the air conditioning energy could be conserved if the build-up heat of non-air-conditioned area is fully recovered. Moreover, the solar liquid desiccant refrigeration technology with renewable energy was proposed instead of traditional cooling technology using compressors. This study is involved with the model establishment for solar liquid desiccant refrigeration technology with renewable energy. Comparing the different humidity climatic conditions, it could be concluded that energy efficiency of system is highest when humidity is 80%, and this system could operate in low and high humidity areas with lower EER. Further, this kind of cooling technology is particularly applicable to a larger temperature difference between day and night regions. Finally, the case study of green energy-saving technology of air conditioning in a high-speed railway station could be simulated in hot-summer and cold-winter region. The feasibility of green energy-saving technology effect could be discussed, and then the design of energy-saving technical during the programs can be used to guide air-conditioning systems design of public buildings which provide green energy-saving measures.
