Objective: To investigate less than 32 weeks premature children ( Very Preterm VP ) intravenous ibuprofen treatment of patent ductus arteriosus ovale (Patent Ductus Arteriosus, PDA) efficacy and its influencing factors . Methods: A retrospective analysis of 87 cases of intravenous treatment with ibuprofen PDA VP . Divided into treatment success group and failure group , the two groups were compared between gestational age , birth weight , neonatal clinical risk index (Clinical Risk Index for Babies, CRIB), each system disease before treatment , ultrasound echocardiography results , diagnosis and begin treatment of age, treatment and other treatment . Results: (1) the treatment of a course of treatment, an additional 1-2 times the dose and treatment success rate of 42.52% ( 37 / 87 ) , 68.97% ( 10 / 87 ) and 75.86% (66 / 87 ) . (2) The chi-square test found that gestational age, birth weight , CRIB gt ; treatment of the former neonatal respiratory distress syndrome ( Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome, NRDS) , renal dysfunction incidence ultrasound arterial catheter diameter and weight ratio the left atrium and the aortic root diameter ratio ( left atrial to aortic root ratio , LA / Ao ) , the first medication time indicators between the two groups ( p lt; 0.05 ) . (3) Binary Logistic regression found only birth weight ( OR = 0.921 ) the CRIB ( OR = 1.301E3 ) and the NDRS situation (OR = 81.754) on the effect of the PDA closure . The regression equation is : the Logistic ( ibuprofen PDA success or failure ) to = 17.069 0.082X1 7.171X2 4.404X3 ( χ 2 = 78.260 , p lt ; 0.001) . Conclusion : (1) VP , intravenous treatment with ibuprofen high success rate of the PDA . (2 ) birth gestational age , birth weight , CRIB , before treatment NRDS, renal dysfunction before treatment incidence ultrasound ductus arteriosus diameter and weight than LA / Ao , the first medication time will affect the VP intravenous ibuprofen treatment of PDA efficacy . (3) low birth weight and NRDS will significantly reduce the success rate of ibuprofen intravenous treatment of PDA .
