Abstract


Objective: To understand the development of mental health condition and the spirit of the two groups of children and adolescents of 6-16 year-old twins and only child health and development with or without distinction. 6 to 16-year-old twins rearing and studying at the same school in the same family and only child raised by the Board of Education school. Signed informed consent, using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (Strength and Difficulties Questikonnaire SDQ) and developmental and health status assessment (Development and Well-Bing Assessment, DAWBA) Chinese version of the survey parents of children and adolescents about twins and the one-child child and adolescent mental health development status. Results 6-16 year-old twins met the inclusion criteria and only child raised a total of 443 people, including 116 pairs of twins (232), the one-child 211 people.
