Abstract

Objective To investigate the partners and without oppositional defiant disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children's behavior and the relationship of psychosocial factors, for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and behavioral intervention to provide the basis. Method based on a merger of the ODD 55 ADHD children into the merged group (n = 25) and simple type (n = 30) groups, case-control study of children and 130 normal control group, the use of general the questionnaire, Barratt Impulsiveness Scale (Barratt's impulsivity scale, referred to as the BIS) Achenbach is in the Child Behavior Checklist (Child Behavior Checklist, CBCL) and children's education Locus of Control Scale (The Parenting Locus of Control Scale PLOC), Piers- Harris Children's Self-Consciousness Scale (Children's Self-concept Scale, PHCSS), the Family Environment Scale (Family Environment Scale, FES) and IVA test were assessed. Variety of psychosocial factors and children's ADHD t test, analysis of variance and Binary Logistic regression analysis. 1. Merged group (ADHD ODD group) father smokers were more than simple group (ADHD group), which has a significant difference (t = 2.510, P = 0.015). 2. Combined group, simple group and control group comparison, attention to factors movement factor and lack of plan factors are presence of a significant difference (P lt; 0.05); combined group and simple group comparison, the lack of a planned factor differences significant (P lt; 0.05 ); no significant difference between the three groups score. Merged group than the control group social situations, depression, exchanges bad, compulsive, social withdrawal, hyperactivity, aggression, the discipline factor and the total score were high, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); simple group compared to the control group, the social situation, compulsive, somatic complaints, social withdrawal, hyperactivity, aggression, the discipline factor and the total score was significantly higher, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05); consolidated group alone group comparison, offensive, discipline and total score higher, and has a significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Merged group, a simple group compared with the control group, parents of children behavior control factor score differences statistically significant (P lt; 0.05), among other factors, the difference was not significant. Merged group behavior, intellectual and school context factors and the total score lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05); no significant differences in other factor scores between the three groups. 6. Contradictions and moral religious view factor of the combined group was significantly higher, successful, informative and entertaining factor scores significantly lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); combined group simple group, the difference was not significant between each factor. 7. Merged group alone group quotient P lt; 0.05 no significant difference in the level of the merged group reaction quotient, auditory reaction quotient, combined attention quotient, visual attention quotient, hearing care providers persistent quotient of the number of auditory consistency quotient, visual consistency quotient, auditory, visual persistence quotient visual alert quotient, auditory attention concentration quotient and visual attention concentrated quotient than simple group. 8. ADHD children Binary Logistic regression analysis, the final turn into the regression equation is aggressive, lack of planning factors, parents control their children behavior, the success of the four factors were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion 1. Paternal smoking children more likely to develop the ODD, ADHD; Children with ADHD family father smoking more and more smoking. 2 children with ADHD with or without ODD than normal children exhibit more impulsive behavior, aggressive behavior, temper more irritable, especially combined with ODD, ADHD children. 3.ADHD children than normal children, there is more within of extraversion problem and adaptation; special needs, merger ODD, ADHD children are more prone to negative emotions, and even the development of mood disorders. Parents Locus of Control and the bad behavior of children with ADHD with or without ODD occur, the development of a certain link, parents of children with ADHD are more likely to control their children's behavior, adverse psychological control the way of ADHD behaviors and their parents prompted to improve parenting helps to reduce the bad behavior of ADHD children. 5.ADHD children's self-awareness general decline and there are more problems, more prone to Poor Academic Performance. 6.ODD children there is a high degree of contradiction, which is a risk factor for a child with ODD. 7. Partners and ODD ADHD children not accompanied by differences in the symptoms of Attention Deficit not significant, but there are still differences, and partners the ODD of ADHD children are more serious than the pure ADHD children. 8 children with ADHD and aggressive behavior, doing things the lack of plans, parents of children the negative behavioral control and family successfully sex-related. Aggressive behavior and family success are risk factors, can increase the risk of children with ADHD; lack of planning factors and parents to control their children behavior protective factors. Objective To investigate the children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder susceptibility genes. A case-control study, 59 with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, combined 28 oppositional defiant disorder and 46 normal control group, detected three groups of 5-HTTLPR and MAOA-μVNTR polymorphism using RFLP technology, The genotype and allele frequency correlation analysis to investigate the association with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. 1,5-HTTLPR polymorphism analysis of three kinds of 5-HTTLPR polymorphism genotypes were SS, SL and LL SS genotype of 5-HTTLPR three groups, SL genotype and LL genotype P lt; 0.05 level differences are not significant (respectively χ2 = 2.074, P = 0.355; χ2 = 3.571, P = 0.168; χ2 = 1.400, P = 0.497). 2, genotype SS may increase the risk of children suffering from ODD and ADHD, OR = 1.812, the combined group of children 5-HTTLPR polymorphism genotype homozygous SS ODD degree of risk associated with ADHD control group 1.812 times. May also increase the risk of children suffering from ADHD, OR = 1.641. In addition, the combined group of children 5-HTTLPR polymorphism genotype homozygous SS occurs ODD associated with ADHD risk of pure ADHD children 1.104; the SL genotype also may increase the risk of comorbidity, OR = 1.120 3, the three groups of the S and L allele frequency, P lt; 0.05 level difference was significant (χ 2 = 6.148, P = 0.046; χ2 = 6.059, P = 0.048). 4 allele S may increase the risk of children suffering from ODD and ADHD, OR = 1.703, the combined group of children 5-HTTLPR polymorphism allele S more occurrence of the higher degree of risk associated with ADHD, ODD, 1.703 times the control group; may also increase the risk of children suffering from ADHD, the OR value of 1.432, the MAOA-μVNTR polymorphism analysis found three genotypes the :3-30bp-μVNTR genotype (321bp referred 3.5R ) ,4-30bp-μuVNTR genotype (351bp, referred to 4.5R) and heterozygous (321bp/351bp, the referred 3.5R/4.5R). The merged group, simple group 3.5R/3.5R genotype frequency than that of the control group, but not statistically significant (χ2 = 1.127, P = 0.569); 4.5R/4.5R genotype merged group, simple group frequency lower than the control group P lt; 0.05 level is not having a significant difference. 6 genotype 3.5R/3.5R may increase the suffering of children. The risk of ODD and ADHD, OR = 1.733, that is, the combined group of children MAOA-μVNTR polymorphism genotype ODD associated with ADHD degree of risk 3.5R/3.5R occurs 1.733 times the control group. May also increase the risk of children suffering from ADHD, OR = 1.579. In addition, the combined group of children polymorphism in MAOA-μVNTR genotype 3.5R/3.5R occurred ODD associated with ADHD degree of risk is 1.098 times the pure ADHD children; the genotype 4.5R/4.5R may also increase the risk of comorbidity OR = 1.010. 7, three groups compare the MAOA-μVNTR polymorphism allele 3.5R frequency no significant differences (χ2 = $ 155.2, P = 0.460); 4.5R frequency of the MAOA-μVNTR polymorphism allele The significant difference, and P lt; 0.05 level of statistical significance (χ 2 = 6.151, P = 0.046). Allele 3.5R may increase in children suffering from ODD and ADHD risk of OR = 1.525, the combined group of children the MAOA-μVNTR polymorphism allele 3.5R more ODD associated with ADHD occurs the higher the degree of risk , 1.525 times the control group; may also increase the risk of children suffering from ADHD, OR = 1.348. Conclusion 1,5-HTTLPR polymorphism compared the SS genotype of 5-HTTLPR, SL genotypes and LL genotype P lt; 0.05 level the differences were not significant. The three groups of 2,5-HTTLPR S and L allele frequency, P lt; 0.05 level of significant difference. 3, the merged group, simple group 3.5R/3.5R genotype frequencies than the control group, not a significant difference in P lt; 0.05 level. 4, three groups MAOA-μVNTR polymorphism allele are 4.5R frequency differences significant and statistically significant P lt; 0.05 level. 5, above results prompted 5-HTTLPR and MAOA-μVNTR polymorphism with children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder associated.
