Abstract


Objective To observe tumor necrosis factor -α (Tumour necrosis factor-alpha, TNF-α), nerve growth factor (Nerve growth factor, NGF) and negative emotions ( depression, anxiety ) in patients with type III prostatitis explore TNF -α, NGF and negative emotional role in the pathogenesis of type III prostatitis . Methods immunohistochemical assay Ⅲ prostatitis patients and healthy male prostatic fluid TNF-α and NGF levels , while the use of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale ( Self -rating anxiety scale , SAS ) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (Self- rating depression scale, SDS) study questionnaire evaluation , and data were statistically analyzed . Results in patients with type III prostatitis NGF, TNF-α expression and SAS, SDS score was significantly higher than the control group ( P lt; 0.01 ) ; case group , TNF-α and NGF expression exists a positive correlation (r = 0.42, P lt; 0.01 ) ; between NGF expression of type III prostatitis patients with depression and self- rated positive correlation ( r = 0.51 , P lt; 0.01 ) ; NGF expression and anxiety since there is a positive correlation between the score ( r = 0.53 , P lt ; 0.01). Conclusion 1.TNF - α , NGF and negative emotions may play an important role in the development process in the occurrence of type III prostatitis . Prostatic fluid TNF-α and NGF expression was positively correlated prompted pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α , etc.) and neuroendocrine media association , this may be an important link in the pathogenesis of type III prostatitis . 3.NGF expression of negative emotions were positively correlated , NGF may be an intermediary for the negative emotions of patients with type III prostatitis substances .
