Abstract


Purpose of the study of laparoscopic surgery the CO 2 < / sub > gas abdominal lesions in SD rats with severe acute pancreatitis (severe acute pancreatitis, SAP) local blood amylase , inflammatory cytokines (IL-1 and IL -6 ) and soluble adhesion molecules ( CD11a/CD18 and CD11b/CD18 ) . Methods Male SD rats were 50 , were randomly divided into three groups : the CO 2 < / sub > gas the belly group ( n = 20 ) , the 5 % Taurocholic sodium cholate ( taurocholic acid sodium salt ) bile duct retrograde injection method of preparation of SAP animal models , pneumoperitoneum intraperitoneal injection the CO 2 < / sub > ( pressure of 12 mmHg to maintain 30 min ) ; SAP group ( n = 20 ) : SAP model off after abdomen, not filled the CO 2 < / sub > ; surgery alone group ( n = 10 ) : open only to flip the pancreas and the abdomen was closed . Each group were sacrificed after two-and-a-half hours in experimental animals , laparotomy to remove the cavity blood . Measured by radioimmunoassay IL-1, IL-6, measured by flow cytometry CD11a/CD18 and CD11b/CD18 expression rate , automatic biochemical analyzer serum amylase, cut ordinary light and electron microscopy of pancreatic tissue for pathological examination. The statistical analysis of three sets of experimental data . Results compared with surgery alone group , the pathological score of the CO 2 < / sub > gas abdominal group and SAP group , serum amylase , IL - 1 and IL-6 levels and CD11a/CD18 and CD11b/CD18 positive expression were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) Compared with SAP , CO 2 < / sub > gas abdominal group blood IL - 1 and IL-6 were significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; pancreatic histology pathology score (P = 0.294 ) , serum amylase ( P = 0.073 ) the CD11a/CD18 ( P = 0.155 ) and CD11b/CD18 ( P = 0.201 ) expression positive rate difference was not statistically significant . Conclusion 1 , IL-1 and IL-6 for SAP rats , of CO 2 < / sub > gas abdominal certain extent. 2 for SAP rats , of CO 2 < / sub > gas abdominal pathological changes of the pancreas and CD11a/CD18 , expression of adhesion molecules CD11b/CD18 in positive rate had no significant effect .
