Objective: To detect BRCA1 , EGFR in the breast cancer group , the adjacent group and in the group of breast basal cell carcinoma (basal-like breast carcinoma, BLBC) expression , explore BRCA1 , EGFR BLBC Expression and clinical significance . Methods: Using immunohistochemistry PV - 9000 general-purpose two-step detection of 30 cases of breast carcinoma and adjacent tissues and 83 cases of BLBC organizations in BRCA1 , EGFR expression , combined with clinicopathological parameters for analysis ranked data was used non-parametric tests Pearsonχ2 test, Spearman rank correlation . Results : ( 1 ) BRCA1 in breast cancer adjacent group , the breast cancer group , the positive expression rate in BLBC group showed a decreasing trend , followed by 93.33% , 76.67% , 57.83 % , expression difference was statistically significant ( p lt ; 0.05 ). ( 2 ) EGFR next to the breast cancer group , the breast cancer group , the positive expression rate in BLBC group showed an increasing trend , followed by 16.67% , 46.67% , 57.83 % , the express difference was statistically significant ( p lt ; 0.05 ) . ( 3 ) in BLBC of BRCA1 expression rate was 57.83% ( 48 / 83 ) , between BRCA1 expression different age groups , different axillary lymph node the cancer metastasis group , among groups of different clinical stages difference was statistically significant ( p lt ; 0.05 ) , and age was positively correlated ( rs = 0.305 , P = 0.05 ) , no statistically significant difference ( p GT with national , histological grade , tumor size, and menopausal status ; 0.05 ) ( 4 ) in BLBC of EGFR expression was 87.95 % ( 73 / 83 ) , EGFR expression among groups of different clinical stages , axillary lymph node metastasis differences among the groups was statistically significant ( p lt ; 0.05 ) with axillary lymph node metastasis number was positively correlated ( rs = 0.289 , p = 0.008 ) , ethnicity, age , tumor size , histological grade and menopausal status was not statistically significant ( p GT ; 0.05 ) ( 5 ) in BLBC BRCA1 and EGFR expression was not found ( p = 0.051 gt ; 0.05 ) Conclusion : BRCA1 and EGFR in breast basal cell carcinoma within the organization involved in the transfer of the cancerous tissue .
