Abstract

Objective: To observe the the rabbit acute mesenteric vascular lesions serum intestinal fatty acid binding protein (I-FABP) acute intestinal ischemia and D-dimer (D-Dimer) change, and to explore it in the early diagnosis of acute mesenteric vascular lesions role. Methods: 30 New Zealand white rabbits of either sex, weighing 2.5 to 3.5Kg superior mesenteric artery ligation produced a rabbit animal model of acute mesenteric ischemia disease, were randomly divided into five groups: (1) control group (n = 6), (2) ligating the 0.5h group (n = 6), (3) ligation 1h group (n = 6), (4) ligating 2h group (n = 6), and (4) ligating the 4 h group (n = 6); were modeling before, modeled after 0.5 hours, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours from the femoral vein blood collection, centrifuged, and the supernatant was using a double antibody sandwich ELISA serum I- FABP and content of D-Dimer. The animals in each group were sacrificed at corresponding time of tissue, 4% paraformaldehyde, 4% glutaraldehyde, the pathological changes of the production of HE staining observed organizations. Results: The serum intestinal fatty acid binding protein (I-FABP) concentration changes: In addition to the control group, 0.5 hours group ligation, ligation of one hour group, ligation of the 2 hour group, ligation 4 hours serum intestinal fatty acid binding protein ( I-FABP) concentrations were higher than before the ligation level (P lt; 0.01) and higher than the control level (P lt; 0.01); ligation 0.5 hours after serum intestinal fatty acid binding protein that is rapidly increased, and ligation in 1 hours, banded, two hours, banded four hours group is stable at a high level. Each group and the control group (P are lt; 0.01). Serum D-dimer (D-Dimer) concentration changes: ligation of the 0.5 hour group one hour group ligation, ligation of the 2 hour group, ligation of the 4-hour group D-dimer concentrations were higher than the level before ligation and higher than the control level (P lt; 0.01), but one hour in ligation group 2 hours group ligation, ligation 4 hours increased only statistically significant (P lt; 0.01), while the performance: in mesenteric on artery ligation after 0.5 hours of D-dimer (D-Dimer) began to increase, and with prolonged intestinal ischemia ligation, further increase in the severity of intestinal ischemia. Conclusion: Serum intestinal fatty acid binding protein in the superior mesenteric artery ligation after 0.5 hours that rapidly increased and maintained at a high level, intestinal fatty acid binding protein is a sensitive indicator reaction acute intestinal ischemia. D-dimer in the superior mesenteric artery ligation after 0.5 hours began to increase, and with the ligation prolonged intestinal ischemia, intestinal ischemia-degree aggravated further elevated D-dimer is a reaction of acute intestinal ischemia an important indicator of the early diagnosis of acute mesenteric vascular lesions, joint monitoring of serum intestinal fatty acid binding protein and D-dimer changes due to acute intestinal ischemia has a certain significance.
