Abstract


Objective: To observe go norcantharidin transcription factor -1 ( of Ets- 1 ) , vascular endothelial growth factor (vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF) expression in diabetic rat retina E26 , explore go norcantharidin on the process of diabetic retinopathy influence . : Intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) 60mg/kg induced diabetic rats were randomly animals were divided into diabetic group ( 20 ) , to go norcantharidin group ( 20 ) , of 10 normal rats were used as controls group. To go norcantharidin group given after the rats appeared diabetes performance go A of cantharides injection 28mg/kg intraperitoneal injection , twice a week . Diabetic group and normal control group injected with saline over the same period . The rat eye after 8 weeks were performed immunohistochemistry , electron microscopy , and measured by ELISA . Results : ELISA measured diabetic group and go to the the cantharidin A vegetarian group, VEGF expression of Ets - 1 in the retinal tissue levels were higher than the normal control group ( P <0.05 ) , go norcantharidin group expression levels below the diabetic group ( P < 0.05). Immunohistochemistry shows diabetes group and go the rats norcantharidin retinal tissue of VEGF , Ets -1 positive cells were higher than the normal control group , go to norcantharidin rats retinal tissue of VEGF , Ets -1 -positive cells The expression levels below the diabetic group . Electron microscopy demonstrated that the diabetic group and to go norcantharidin group pathological changes of diabetic retinopathy , but the degree of pathological changes go norcantharidin group is lighter than the diabetic group . Conclusion: diabetic rat retina Ets -1 , VEGF expression increased norepinephrine cantharidin after the intervention of Ets-1, VEGF decreased expression , go norcantharidin by lowering the retina of diabetic rats Ets-1, VEGF content to slow the development of diabetic retinopathy .
