Abstract


Objective To detect TLR4 expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of coronary heart disease in patients with heart failure , and the concept of the statin intervention altered expression Cha Etuo cutting , to explore the role of TLR4 in heart failure pathophysiology . Method of selection of the northern part of Guangdong People's Hospital of Shantou University Medical College from August 2009 to January 2010 with chronic congestive heart failure due to coronary artery disease in 28 patients aged 48 to 78 years ( average 61.52 years old) , and coronary heart disease in 21 cases of patients with heart failure , aged 49 to 78 years old ( average 57.82 years) , 15 cases of normal adults aged 37 to 71 years ( average 61.33 years old) , outer peripheral blood mononuclear cells of TLR4 expression by flow cytometry ; coronary heart disease in patients with heart failure atorvastatin statin intervention outer peripheral blood mononuclear cells was measured again after 1 month , the expression of TLR4 ; application SPSS17.0 software for data analysis . Results ① Compared with the control group , the level of TLR4 heart failure group was significantly higher C-reactive protein level was positively correlated with lipid levels . ( 2 ) in patients with heart failure , heart function classification rise TLR4 expression gradually increased . ③ a statin intervention , heart failure group TLR4 water dropped by an average decline lipid changes was no significant correlation atorvastatin . Conclusion 1 . Compared to the non - heart failure group and the healthy control group and coronary heart disease , peripheral blood TLR4 level of the heart failure group was significantly higher , and inflammatory markers C -reactive protein levels were positively correlated with age, sex , height , weight , medication circumstances of lipid levels . Related to the severity of coronary heart disease in patients with heart failure , the deterioration of cardiac function , peripheral TLR4 expression also gradually increased, suggesting that TLR4 expression and coronary heart disease in patients with heart failure condition . 3 heart failure group after atorvastatin intervention a month after TLR4 expression in peripheral blood decline , the decline in lipid changes was no significant correlation , suggesting that peripheral blood a TLR4 decline with lipid-lowering effect was no significant correlation .
