Abstract


The primary prescription of gongbaokang suppository consists of sophorae flavescentis, fructus cnidii, comfrey, camphol, sodium borate and orpiment. It is used to cure Diseases such as acute and chronic cervicitis and has the ability of clearing away heat and toxic material and qushi insecticide. Gongbaokang suppository with the feature of minimal unwanted inactives, convenience of clinical application, less side effect, more easily absorbed is a ideal choice for treatment of gynecological diseases. In the process of development in accordance with the requirements of new drugs we do systematic research on the preparation technology, quality standard and stability of gongbaokang suppository. It has a important meaning for the research of pathology before the cervical cancer pathology.The extraction of sophorae flavescentis and fructus cnidii take total alkaloids and the content of Cnidium lactone as target respectively. Adopt L9(3)4 orthogonal test to choose extraction process:the best extraction process of sophorae flavescentis is using 6 times 65% alcohol to refluxing extraction 3 times, one time per hour, The best extraction process of fructus cnidii is using 10 times 85% alcohol to refluxing extraction 1 times ,one time per one and an half hour. In the respect of forming process we survey the variety and forming composition of matrix based on the physical form of suppository , financial variable time and dissolution. We make suppository basing on the best proportion between matrix and extractive.In aspect of quality control, we do CAMAG to sophorae flavescentis, fructus cnidii and borneolum with TLC. The test shows that the speckle effect is good and there is no disturbance on feminine contrast. It shows that TLC has a good proprietary. We do quantitative analysis and methodology investigation with HPLC based on the content of total alkaloids and cnidium lactone. It supply basis for active ingredient test of Gongbao suppository. We make quality standard of pharmaceutics based on relevant regulations of <<China pharmacopeia>>. We do exploration of accelerated test and long-term testing for stability test of Gongbao suppository. The result shows that the preparation technology of Gongbao suppository is reasonably practicable, stable quality.We change the dosage form of Gongbao powders, according to the characteristic of local action.Choose pessary as the dosageform.We adopt modern science and technology and get Gongbao suppository with minimal unwanted inactives, Side effects and convenience of application. It lay the foundation for Gongbao suppository’s social benefit and economic effects.
