Abstract


Purpose:Semen Cuscutae is the dry mature seeds of plant Cuscuta chinensis Lam..It has the efficacy of cardiovascular protection, Strengthening the immune system , improving Microcirculation and protecting the liver. Semen Cuscutae with sault water is the major processed product now.But its detail processing technology is not very clear.So the purpose of the experiment is to optimize the processing technology, establish the quality standard of Semen Cuscutae and Semen Cuscutae with sault water. compare the pharmacological action of Semen Cuscutae before and after processing to explain the principle.Material and method:Material:Semen Cuscutae were purchased from Market of Chinese medical materials in Bozhou city. After identification, was in line with the standard. Hyperoside reference substance,quercetin reference substance, kaempferol reference substance,p-coumaricacid reference substance.Method:1.Research in processing technology of Semen CuscutaeThe sample are prepared with ultrasonic extraction method, The content variation of hyperoside,quercetin,kaempferol,p-coumaricacid were selected as quality index,the influencing fact ors such as processing technology of processing time,processing temperature,the weight of salt and salt water were optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design experiment.2.Research in quality standard for Semen CuscutaeBy examining the moisture, ash,acid-insoluble ash and the content variation of hyperoside,quercetin,kaempferol, p-coumaricacid of ten batch magnifying processing samples, then established the quality standard Semen Cuscutae and Semen Cuscutae with sault water preliminarily.3.Study on the progress of research on the pharmacology of Semen Cuscutae before and after processing.Pass to weigh to the sexual organs, immune organs of the juvenile rats and the time of Tolerance Hypoxia and high temperature, in order to compare the function of invigorating the kidney and strengthening yang and anti immune actions before and after processing.Results:1.Research in processing technology of Semen CuscutaeThrough single factor experiment and L9(34) orthogonal design,the optimum processing technology was set as follow:100g Semen Cuscutae adding amount of 8mL 2% salt water mixed thoroughly and carbonized by stir-frying at 100℃for 4 min.2.Research in quality standard for Semen CuscutaeThe results of hyperoside,quercetin, kaempferol,p-coumaricacid in Methdology investigation were all in accordance with related provisions. The moisture of Semen Cuscutae were no more than 12.0%,The moisture of Semen Cuscutae with sault warter were no more than 10.0%,The ash and acid-insoluble ash limit of Semen Cuscutae and Semen Cuscutae with sault water were no more than 10.0% ,5.0%seperately temporarily.Preparatory constitute the quality standard for Semen Cuscutae, the standard was set as follow: The content of hyperoside is more than 0.160%,the quercetin is more than 0.007%,the kaempferol is more than 0.050% and the p-coumaricacid is more than 0.008% in Semen Cuscutae. The content of hyperoside is more than 0.150%,the quercetin is more than 0.015%,the kaempferol is more than 0.060% and the p-coumaricacid is more than 0.020% Semen Cuscutae with wheat bran.3.Study on the progress of research on the pharmacology of Semen Cuscutae before and after processing.Semen Cuscutae and the samples of stir-frying with salt water can increase the weight of the sexual organs, immune organs of the juvenile rats, prolong the time of tolerance Hypoxia and high temperature.They both have the function of invigorating the kidney and strengthening yang and anti immune actions. the samples of stir-frying with salt water is the role of the strongest.Conclusion:1.Optimum processing technology on Semen Cuscutae with sault water, The result of magnifying experiment was similar to that of lab experiment. The technology was considered stable and available. 2.The quality standard of Semen Cuscutae and Semen Cuscutae with sault water preliminarily had been established.3.Semen Cuscutae and the samples of stir-frying with salt water both had the function of invigorating the kidney and strengthening yang and anti immune actions. The processed samples were more active than the crude samples. The samples of stir-frying with salt water have the function of strengthening yang.
