Abstract


The rapid development of computer network technology promoted changing the way people work. As the result, the outstanding performance is the application and the popularity of office automation in all walks of life. It is important of office automation for improving inter-department efficiency, saving business costs, and achieving management efficiency and scientific decision-making.Application of office automation is not only for improving efficiency or lower the number of office staffs, More importantly, scientific management and decision-making are achieved on the basis of improving the quality and efficiency of the office through a variety of decision models to provide timely support information. Human subjects and technical equipment serving the people as the principle are followed. Focus on the process people is in the dominant position of the office by clearing people is the designers, instructors, commanders, and who enjoy the results of the office information processing.In this thesis, the system is described in many ways by technology requirements and capabilities of office automation systems as the final goal. A specific office processe is designed combined with Shaoxing Municipal Party School of routine office needs. And database structuring is in accordance with the principles of database design in order to improve the function of the system gradually. In view of the importance of network security, Establishments, including physical security, system security, network security and security management security system improve the online safety of system through strict control of data encryption, key management and control of identify pre-authorization and other means. The online tests ensure system is still efficiency during the peak using of network.
