Objective: To understand the current situation and the distribution of common diseases of Urumqi, Xinjiang, sub-health state of the hospitals of nurses, to explore a nurse demographic variables, the relationship between nurse job stress, workplace violence, burnout and sub-health state analysis of the influencing factors of nurses sub-health state, the relevant departments to take measures to alleviate the sub-health state of nurses as well as to provide a basis for further study of the sub-health state. Methods: March 2009 - October 2009, the use of multi-stage random cluster sampling method conducted a questionnaire survey of hospitals of nurses in Urumqi, Xinjiang, including general questionnaire, sub-health state quantification test table, nurses job stress questionnaire, nurse burnout questionnaire. Results: 1) sub-health state of nurses detection rate of 59.32%, 95% confidence interval (62.63%, 56.01%), the performance of sub-health state of nurses to physical, psychological symptoms. 2) nurses self-reported the top five common diseases were: chronic gastritis, menstrual disorders, depression, stress or other emotional problems, cervical spondylosis, insomnia. 3) Age gt; 35-year-old group, retaining age gt; 15 years team of nurses sub-health state higher detection rate (P lt; 0.01), there is an increasing trend with increasing age, retaining age; minorities, not participate in physical exercise, night shift rotation, internal medicine, intensive care unit, pediatric emergency department nurse sub higher detection rate (P lt; 0.01); outpatient nurses lower (P lt; 0.01) 4) nurse sub-health state out of its three-dimensional score and nurses working pressure source five dimensions showed a positive correlation (P lt; 0.01); emotional failure and burnout, depersonalization were positively correlated (P lt; 0.01 ); workplace violence showed a positive correlation (P lt; 0.01). 5) multi-factor analysis showed that: the main factor is the sub-health state of nurses emotional exhaustion, workload and time issues, physical exercise, the nursing profession and work issues, workplace violence (P lt; 0.01) Conclusions: 1) sub-health state of nurses more serious physical, psychological performance. 2) nurses self-report the distribution of common diseases and urban women self-reported disease are part of the pick. 3) different demographic variables nurse detection rate of different sub-health state, sub-health state interventions should be targeted varies from person to person. 4) nurse sub-health state intervention can alleviate nurses working pressure source, workplace violence, burnout, take part in physical exercise to start.
