Abstract


During more than two hundred years, the worldwide automobile industry experienced rapid development. The cars are more and more relevant with people’s life. When cars create unlimited in economic value and convenient life, the energy dry up and environmental pollution let countries is overwhelmed. The increasingly serious environmental pollution and the continued growth number of the cars, people began to turn their attention to the new energy electric vehicles in the automobile industry.The electric vehicles as a new industry have a good prospect. The mass popularization and application of is restricted by currently charging time and charging ways. In the national policy support, there have been all kinds of charging ways appeared. This article researches from the current electric vehicle charging ways, and analyses the characteristics of two kinds of charging ways, and found the problems during the process of the user experience. With learning the knowledge of the user experience design field and analyzing the sense, behavior and Reflection layer, we find the needs of users in the process of charging order. Base On this, the user knowledge will change to the design knowledge. And it combined with general industrial design process, draw the user characteristics, use environment, product function and use process into electric vehicle charging ways design. It will reach the ideal effect of the user experience.This study is focus on China’s electric vehicle battery market, around the objective of improving the user experience. It puts the solutions for letting users get a safe, convenient and comfortable and pleasant, satisfaction and so on positive user experience, and set up a solid bridge between users and the electric vehicle. At last, it looks at the future prospects for this new industry and makes something helpful for this booming development industry.
