Abstract


Harmonious society is a very rich content, one of the basic values ??and ideals to achieve harmony between man and nature, man and nature live in harmony fundamental characteristic performance of ecological civilization. Part III: the problems and the reasons of ecological civilization construction in China. In recent years, under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, China's ecological environment has improved to some extent, but still far from the requirements of ecological civilization, ecological civilization construction in China still exists in the natural environment pollution, ecosystem degradation, ecological shortage of resources and many other aspects of the problem. The reasons for these problems: irrational mode of economic development, environmental protection system is not sound unreasonable, ecological values ??the unscientific and public consumption patterns. Part IV: Strengthening the construction of ecological civilization way to promote the harmonious development of society.
