Abstract


The problem has been teaching since the birth of the ancient and modern education theory and practice of conducting effective teaching teachers how to effectively teach students how to effectively learn how to better promote human development through teaching teaching theoretical research at home and abroad the main topic of who and teaching practice . Classroom management , however , is the basic conditions for the survival of the teaching and learning activities , is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of the classroom effective teaching , determine the level of classroom teaching quality and impact on the speed and level of student development . Therefore , good classroom management is one of the most powerful factors influence the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities . This issue through a lot of studying literature , domestic and foreign academic research on the theory of effective teaching , classroom management theory and analysis , combined with China's specific national conditions , found in the new curriculum reform , classroom management is moving from rules and obey the characteristics of the traditional management to people-oriented development of students for the purpose of effective management , the same is true of elementary school mathematics classroom management . This topic is divided into four parts , the first part of the analysis of the relationship between effective teaching and classroom management ; second part of the analysis of the problem and the impact of effective teaching philosophy elementary school mathematics classroom management ; under the third part of the analysis of the concept of effective teaching primary reasons , the fourth part of the mathematics classroom management problems in a targeted manner from the four aspects of the implementation of strategies to improve classroom management , and promote the effective teaching of elementary school mathematics and through teaching practice sufficiently validated . Practice has proved that established in this topic multidimensional classroom management objectives , inquiry-based learning teachers effectively guide the implementation of effective classroom cooperative management , establish effective classroom management , evaluation methods and strategies to improve classroom teaching a certain extent and to ensure the effective implementation of the new curriculum teaching content , and laid the foundation for the goals of the new curriculum teaching , but also for the majority of first-line teachers effective classroom management to provide some workable suggestions .
