Abstract


Abstract In today's society, the professional development of teacher education has gradually become the concern of contemporary issues. According to the requirements of the teacher education professional development, to promote a strong teacher education reform, especially the further reform and adjustment of teacher education courses, and has positive significance for the current teacher education. Accordingly, the formulation of the teacher education curriculum standards that meet the requirements of the teacher education professional development, the establishment of a new teacher education curriculum system became an important way of response to the reform. For a long time, our teacher education curriculum system gradually highlights a range of issues, such as course structure rigid, closed course system, outdated curriculum, knowledge without practice, we should recognize that our teacher education curriculum reform is imperative. The one hand, the teacher education curriculum standards should be coordinated with the teachers' professional standards, through changes in teacher education courses to enhance the overall level and quality of teachers; on the other hand by the professional standards for teachers to lead the reform of teacher education courses, to jointly promote the reform of teacher education. Teacher education curriculum standard system provides the basic framework for teacher education institutions set course, content, scope and use of its requirements to make programmatic requirements for teacher education curricula, course structure and course evaluation. Learn from the successful experience of developed countries, teacher education specialization courses on the path of development, teacher professional development theory, modern curriculum theory and theoretical support for the concept of the quality of teacher education major build standard system of teacher education specialization courses conducted a preliminary exploration . In accordance with the principles established in the curriculum standards, from the course objectives, course structure, course content, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation aspects were constructed a series of available reference standards. Especially in the course evaluation criteria to build raised in the introduction of ISO quality standard system, quasi-out system of qualified teachers - teacher certification system as an institutional guarantee. China's teacher education curriculum standard, on the one hand, the need to consider the professional nature of teacher education, organically combine disciplinary professional courses, education discipline professional courses, the course of the common cultural knowledge, education skills courses and educational practice courses; on the other hand also need to the basic structure of the standard training objectives to determine the types of courses, content, hours arrangements, the weight ratio, and select the appropriate teacher education curriculum implementation strategy, and ultimately to improve the course evaluation system as a safeguard, through quasi-qualified teacher certification system for the quality of basic education and vocational education training qualified teachers.
