Abstract

Objective: To analyze the examination results of the occupational hazards through contact with a refinery, the health status of the refinery workers, occupational hazards of the harmful factors for the prevention and control of major occupational hazard for workers, reduce occupational occur, good occupational health checks of the refinery and the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases, work to provide a scientific basis. Subjects and methods: survey periodic health examination of workers in an oil refinery in 2010 to participate in the Occupational Disease Prevention Hospital of Jilin Province, a total of 656 people. Check the blood, urine, liver function, blood sugar, blood lipids, abdominal ultrasonography, blood pressure, heart rate and other projects, the analysis of a different gender, different length of service, exposure to occupational hazards on each test item. Results: red blood cells, white blood cells, lipids, abdominal ultrasound, blood pressure, abnormal rate increased with the length of service growth; different gender between red blood cells, liver function, blood lipids, blood sugar, abdominal ultra blood pressure abnormal rate of male than female urine abnormal rate was higher in women than men; contact with petroleum ether and abnormal heart rate was significantly higher than the non-exposed group; contact with hydrogen sulfide group of red blood cells, white blood cells, liver, heart rate was significantly higher than the non-exposed group; contact the SO 2 NO 2 , NH 3 group of white blood cells, abnormal liver function rate was significantly higher than the non-exposed group; exposure to carbon monoxide red blood cells, white blood cell abnormalities was significantly higher than the non-exposed group; contact with diesel group leukocyte abnormalities was significantly higher than the non-exposed group; contact the gasoline group of liver function, blood lipids, abdominal ultra, abnormal blood pressure was significantly higher than the non-exposed group; contact with the aldehyde group of red blood cells, white blood cell abnormalities was significantly higher than the non-exposed group; contact with liquefied the gas group abnormal blood glucose was significantly higher than the non-exposed group; blood pressure and heart rate abnormal noise exposure group was significantly higher than the non-exposed group; abnormal abdominal ultrasonography mainly mainly fatty liver changes. Conclusions: 1. Refining business operating environment more harmful factors simultaneously contact several harmful substances in the same jobs, the impact on the body's existence the combined effects of the poison. 2. Better refining enterprise occupational hazards protection measures, but can still come into contact with a certain intensity of harmful factors in the production process, the harmful factors impact on the body's main chronic effects caused by long-term exposure. 3. The refining enterprises operating staff can contact a variety of harmful chemical factors, have a certain influence on the blood system, such as white blood cells, red blood cells, chemical substances in the body by the liver detoxification process can impact on the liver, abnormal liver function. Main contact with gasoline workers, dyslipidemia, fatty liver changes may affect lipid metabolism and gasoline has a certain relationship significantly higher.
