To education, management , services and oversight of these organizations and Party members , relying on traditional manual data compilation has been unable to meet the party information in a timely manner , complete and confidentiality requirements , and thus to develop a full-featured, easy -to-use district-level party organs Information Management system has important practical value and long-term significance . This paper describes the level of Huangyan District Government Party information management system using C # programming language for system development, back-end database using SQL Server 2000, the system has good scalability and practicality. This paper describes the Huangyan District -level party organs of information management system needs analysis , mainly on the contents include: information management party , party information management, personal information management application to join the party , reports, statistics , and design business needs analysis and functional requirements analysis , and gives the data model ; demand based on the analysis , the paper elaborates the three-tier structure of the system software and hardware architecture that works design, system module division, and gives a party member information management system main function modules database design and system design ; in requirements analysis and system design , based on the thesis elaborated party information management , party information management, personal information management application to join the party , reports, statistics , and system maintenance subsystem implementation ; and gives district-level party organs for future information management system needs to do further work .
