Abstract


Rice stripe disease transmitted by small brown planthopper(Laodelphax striatellus Fall.) is one of the most serious viral diseases in the middle and lower reaches of the Changjiang River in our country in recent years. Before 1998, only a small number of diseased plants were observed in Nantong city and did not pose threat to the production of rice. Since 1999, several diseases fields were found in two towns of Haian county. Moreover rice stripe disease spreaded rapidly from west to east and from north to south. Untill 2001, occurrence area was 29% in Haian county Occurrence area had been constantly enlarging in other county and degree was increasing year after year. In 2007, occurrence area of rice stripe disease is 2.433 million mu, which is the 83.9% of rice total area. It was difficult to management rice diseases. The losing often was 10% to 20%, sometimes leaded to marked losse(50% to 60%), even harvested nothing. So, it has become the important obstacle of affecting rice fertility.In this thesis, the incidence characteristics and reasons of Laodelphax striatellus and rice stripe disease on rice in Nantong city were systemic investigated and analyzed. The results was that:1.Definituded the occurence regulation of Laodelphax striatellus in cornfield, nursary bed and seedlings conditions; 2.Proved up epidemic peak period of rice stripe disease; 3.Drawed the management strategies and integrated control technology. By popularizing of integrated control technology, the occuring of rice stripe disease can be effectively control.Chemical Medicament of different phases showed,48%chlorpyrifos and dichlorvos had quick result; Xinyidai, chlorpyrifos and buprofezin had long result; the management times of seriously occurs years should continue control at least two times; the control effect of buprofezin to Laodelphax striatellus of cornfield and seedlings conditions showed stabilization.By strengthening media and publicity work, bidding for government support, implementing the science and technology enter door project, Carrying out uniting management, etc.,we improved percentage of popularizing of integrated control technology, gained marked effect and provided a basis for theory to management of rice stripe disease in Nantong city.
