Abstract


Enterprise annuity ( as employer pension ) in the United States is an important supplement to the pension insurance system . Not only does it provide for enterprise retirees Survival Money \Therefore , the construction of enterprise annuity system is not only an economic problem , but also the political issue , its strategic position in the foreseeable general . Employer pension plans in the United States since the establishment of the American Express Company in 1875 , there have been more than a hundred years of development history . As of today , employer pension plans in the United States either in system construction and operation of the Fund , the regulatory measures or the formulation of related laws and regulations have been relatively well . Our proposed the establishment of enterprise supplementary pension insurance in 1991 , and now has experienced 19 years of development , China 's enterprise annuity system construction, legal norms and supervision and management also need to constantly improve . Overview of the the enterprise annuities regulatory theory based on the basis of the specific analysis of the U.S. employer pension regulatory system architecture and regulatory , comparing the current situation of China 's Enterprise Annuity regulatory shortcomings , aims to summarize the mature mode of regulation in the United States on China enterprise Annuity regulatory reference , combined with China 's national conditions and economic conditions , and proposed countermeasures conducive to the sustainable development of China 's enterprise Annuity System .
