Abstract


In Western countries, the agricultural financial policy has been more than a hundred years of history , but our country's agricultural policy finance is still in its early stages of development . Agricultural Policy financial development in China is in a constant exploration process , due to the lack of a mature theory support its reform and development will inevitably be problems . 1998 , the State Council CADB comprehensive agricultural development , poverty alleviation loans , agricultural deputy battalion business loans business part of the policy was placed under the state-owned commercial banks , not only makes a single CADB business loans atrophy , Funong support for agriculture weakened, is not conducive to the CADB play support for agriculture, rural economic development policy advantages , but also seriously affect the commercialization process of the agricultural Bank of China , the agricultural financial policy has been questioned in the development of our country . Therefore, we must attach great importance to the financial reform of agricultural policy , agricultural policy finance is an important part of the entire rural financial service system , affect the situation as a whole .
