Abstract


After the 1990s, with the vigorous development of tourism industry in China, a new concept of eco-museum came to China gradually, China begins to develop the study of eco-museum, many experts and scholars embarked on the research in this field. Since the establishment of first eco-museum in China-Suga Eco-museum in Guizhou Province in 1995, Guizhou Province have set up some other hill town, By Eco-museum, Qiandongnan Eco-museum, ancient city of Long Lane and the Hall-An Dong Liping County Eco-Museums four-run eco-museum. Now, Guizhou Province has five government-run eco-museum aiming on protect, inherit and develop the local original cultural environment.Eco-museum is a new way to protect the traditional culture, furthermore, it plays a exemplary role to in developing the national cultural tourism resources. In the Eco-museum, to develop the eco-tourism under the protection and guidance appropriate is feasible, the development of eco-tourism under this mode should have its own unique pattern, and should follow the principle of protection first and scientific planning.In 2005, Dimen Dong Eco-museum is established in Lipin County, Qian Dongnan State, Guizhou. It is the first Eco-Museum founded by private entrepreneurs in Guizhou. Its Purpose is to promote the protection, inheritance, development and collection of local original culture, and store variety culture memory.In this thesis, it combines the history and tourism science and adopts the method of ethnology fieldwork, discusses the effect of Eco-museum on the historical culture resources protection and tourism development by using a lot of local documents and dictation history.The thesis takes Dimen Dong Eco-museum as an example, analyzes the problem in developing the Eco-Museum in China, it puts forward a new conception of protecting the minority area culture according to their own feature:to combine the development of local Eco-museum and culture tourism, to manage the native culture by native people, explain and choose the trend of their own culture, so that to promote the protection of traditional national culture, to realize the sustainability of minority area development. It is also a new trial about the eco-museum.The thesis is composed with three parts-the introduction, the text and the conclusion. The introduction clarifies the concept of eco-museum, analyzes the tourism resource and analyzes the material cultural tourism resources and the origin and development status of eco-museum. The first chapter mainly study the history of Dimen, including the grown of village, population origin and village development; the second chapter explains intangible cultural tourism resources, including the living accommodations, national characteristic architecture, social custom, etiquette, celebrations, traditional crafts and folklore, etc; the third chapter, the writer gives some ideas of developing the tourism in Dimen, put forwards the game between the tourism exploitation and eco-museum, and tries to find the connection point of tourism development and national cultural protection; the forth chapter, the writer concludes Dimen’s present status of the development and protection, and give suggestions to the development and protection of Dimen eco-museum. The conclusion reviews and summarizes the whole thesis, and hope the researches will help the development and ecological protection of Dimen Eco-museum.
