Abstract


With the gradual transition of China's economic system the planned mode to the market model , in the context of today 's era of economic globalization and the knowledge economy , high-tech and high-tech enterprises in the country's economic construction and social development plays an increasingly important role , is becoming promote sustainable development of the entire national economy emerging power and a new growth point . Accompanied by China's securities market has improved steadily and the establishment of high-tech venture capital , increasing the Government 's efforts to support the high-tech enterprises , to give policy and tax incentives , especially for new businesses listed no minimum limit and size restrictions for high-tech corporate Finance provides a means . The capital structure is the \And some factors can determine the arrangements of the company's capital structure , to identify the main factors affecting the capital structure of listed companies' capital structure optimization, improve economic efficiency, the necessary means to ensure the healthy development of China 's high-tech enterprises . Factors influencing the structure to carry out high-tech venture capital research has important theoretical and practical significance . This article defines the concept of high-tech and high-tech enterprises , the analysis of the characteristics of the development of high-tech enterprises , that the theoretical basis of the capital structure of the high-tech enterprises , the proposed high-tech enterprises Factors Influencing Capital Structure of the nine assumptions . Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share market is selected 190 high-tech listed companies and removing all the listed companies in the financial industry 1254 2005-2008 annual report data of four samples for research , build the model. Descriptive statistical analysis of the characteristics of the high-tech listed companies' capital structure , and compared with the characteristics of the capital structure of listed companies . Nine assumptions of the two samples of the type of high-tech listed companies and listed companies , an empirical test , and detailed analysis and comparison of test results . Empirical analysis of nine factors on the high-tech listed companies and the capital structure of all the listed companies are important , but some of the factors that affect the degree of difference . By a detailed analysis of the empirical results , the financing of high-tech enterprises made ??several recommendations to provide inspiration to explore a high-tech industry development road with Chinese characteristics .
