Abstract


Inferior quality cost management as important in the Six Sigma methodology , because of its intuitive applications can bring huge economic benefits favored by some multinational leadership . In the traditional Chinese enterprise , very few enterprise application quality cost management , not to mention the use of inferior quality cost management . In this thesis, the ASSA ABLOY China suppliers , for example , identified by analyzing the the higher inferior quality cost is the biggest obstacle to hinder the development of suppliers , build the right management and scientific evaluation . Level of quality management on the basis of in-depth analysis of the ASSA ABLOY China suppliers , inferior quality cost management suitable for ASSA ABLOY supplier strategy and survival and development . However, due to the implementation of the Six Sigma framework of inferior quality cost management can not be separated from the support of a large amount of data , resulting in poor quality cost management in the ASSA ABLOY Chinese suppliers who is difficult to be applied . In this case , the use of FMEA quality costs prediction combination of DMAIC mode , of of ASSA ABLOY China suppliers inferior quality cost management program design , its feasibility has been demonstrated with practical examples .
