Abstract


The development of information technology not only make the information of imployment unblocked,but also increases the convenience of employees’ turnover.The imployees’turnover has become a popular phenomenon.Reasonable employee flowing is the normal state of social competition,it is also the way to get rid of the stale and take in the fresh by enterprises.However, high rate of employees’ turnover has negative effect on enteriprises and society.So managers and researchers pay more and more attention to research employees’ Turnover Intention.At present,China is in an important period of economic transition and the recovery of financial crisis.In this period,many enterprises confront a predicament of brain drain.So the research on employees’ Turnover Intention becomes more realist and urgent.In financial crisis,many enterprise had taken some measures to reduced the cost,such as reduced the staff and wages,but these measures brought huge impact on employees’ psychological safety.So Perceived Organization Support and Psychological Contract become the important factors to influence Turnover Intention.Under this background,the aim of this thesis is to explore the effects and mechanisms of Perceived Organization Support and Psychological Contract on Turnover Intention, and discuss some valuable countermeasures about how to reduce employees’ Turnover Intention.Based on the concepts and theories of the employees’ Perceived Organization Support, Psychological Contract and Turnover Intention,as well as the research actuality reviewed,this thesis revises research scales and adopts the revised scales to investigate 264 youth employees who has been a worker for two or three years and graduated from college.Then,pearson correlation analysis and linear regression analysis are used to analysis the relationship among the Perceived Organization Support,Psychological Contract and Turnover Intention.The one main conclusion of this research is the Perceived Organizational Support and Psychological Contract have remarkable negative correlation with Turnover Intention.The another main conclusion is Psychological Contract has mediating effect between Perceived organizational Support and Turnover Intention. Finally, according to the result of this research,the writer give some advice to reduce the employees’Turnover Intention.
