Abstract


The financial turmoil sweeping the globe, unprecedented pressure on employment . Graduating students in 2010 and the previous total of 7.1 million people unemployed college students , according to the person concerned is expected , the Chinese economy is facing the biggest problem is the problem of employment of the labor force , while the main body of the army of the unemployed in the 21st century will be college students . Faced with the severe employment situation , as well as proposed by the 17th \to the lack of experience, less funding difficulties . Many college students entrepreneurs , business first bottleneck is often the lack of funds , and to solve this problem very limited access , especially in the case of the financial crisis , whether banks or venture capital firms on the project investment will be very cautious , especially for financing of entrepreneurship among university students is more cautious. Faced with this situation , college students venture capital financing is highly concerned about the problem of the government and society . In this context , the study of college students venture financing mode more practical significance. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter the background and significance, mainly related to this literature review , research ideas, innovation of this paper , Difficulties and frame structure . The second chapter explains the theory of finance , the special requirements of the definition and characteristics of college students venture capital financing and venture capital financing of university students . Chapter by the students start with the analysis of the two typical cases , describing the present characteristics of college students venture financing and venture capital financing conditions of the Students in Shanxi Province , summed up the problem of the stage of college students in the business . Chapter IV combined with the actual situation in China , summed up the financing channels of entrepreneurship among university students and their pros and cons analysis . Chapter propose a solution for the problems in the start-up financing and to establish a scientific and rational mode of venture capital financing .
