Abstract


High-tech as an important productivity, and promote the development of human society , is causing a huge change in the world . In October 2009 , the establishment of China 's GEM market for these high-tech private enterprises opened up financing channels, to provide a platform for the development and growth of the capital market . Opportunities brought it to a private high-tech enterprise is self-evident . This is conducive to the rapid development of China 's high-tech industry . The sudden emergence of the private high-tech enterprise , its development momentum with some traditional businesses struggling to form a great contrast . With the rapid development of China 's private high-tech enterprises , the private high-tech enterprises related issues research was extremely prominent , mergers and acquisitions , corporate listed enterprise value management , risk investment advisory services and other activities become particularly active , this assessment of enterprise value generate a huge demand , therefore , increase the valuation of the private high-tech enterprise research , private high-tech enterprise valuation issue has become a new topic of evaluation in the field of research . Seeking to fit the connotation and characteristics of private high-tech enterprise pricing method has a strong theoretical and practical significance , the key to accurately reveal the value of private high-tech enterprise , but also to promote a private high-tech enterprises in the era of specification development . Starting from the analysis of the meaning and characteristics of private high-tech enterprise , the introduction and evaluation of the existing several popular enterprise valuation theory , make the selection according to the characteristics of private high-tech enterprises and the development of its assessment methods to build a value assessment system , a private high-tech enterprise features and sustainable innovation capability to quantify the assessment model , and illustrates the use of the characteristics of the various stages of development of the private high-tech enterprise assessment model of existing book outside of the assets and the book value of the dual aspects of the evaluation , that the profitability of existing operations and the evaluation of the potential profitability . The application of the results of the evaluation model through the instance analysis , to verify the reasonableness of this assessment methodology to build .
