Abstract

Northern ecotone China's traditional agricultural and livestock area intersection and transition zone area, belongs to a relatively independent natural - social - economic complex ecosystem types, the main part of the territory of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Inner Mongolia Ecotone connected to farming and livestock food production system, contains a huge production potential, counties (banners) domain within the total population of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region more than half the land area of ??the land area of ??the autonomous region one-third, while the fragile ecology of the region, the economic and social development is relatively backward. Promoting Inner Mongolia Ecotone the rapid development of the county economy, and increased farmer income, improve the ecological environment, social stability and national unity are of great significance. Therefore, the discussion the county economy sustainable development of this region has important theoretical and practical significance. The county economy in the territory of the county-level administrative divisions to co-ordinate arrangements and optimize the economic and social resources and the formation of a fully functional regional characteristics in the regional economy, it has a regional, comprehensive, hierarchical and openness characteristics. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the economic development of the county, trying to explore a Ecotone region how both the rational use of resources, the development of the county economy, but also to maintain the road of sustainable development. In this study, the Inner Mongolia and pastoral ecotone county type of economic system and the economic and cultural development of the evolution of history and regional natural, economic development characteristics, analysis of restricting the development of county economy, the proposed adjustment to optimize the direction of achieving sustainable development, layout and countermeasures, provide a favorable basis for the county economic development of Inner Mongolia. By studying the following conclusions: Inner Mongolia Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Ecotone not suitable vigorously develop farming, to go the road combined with the development of agriculture and animal husbandry; walking both production and management and ecological construction, the development of the dairy and agricultural and livestock plus resource advantages and regional specialties industry, established its leading industry, through the path of industrialization, driven related to the conversion of agricultural value added and economic restructuring, and promote the overall economic development of Inner Mongolia. The innovation of this paper is to pay less attention to the academic and pastoral ecotone commence from the perspective of history, geography, ecology, located in the Inner Mongolia and pastoral ecotone county economy, especially Ecotone sustainable development of the county economy is relatively weak. In this paper, a large number of data as well as a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method, come to speed up the Inner Mongolia Ecotone County Economic Development urgent, but the development process to update their concepts can not be one-sided pursuit of economic growth while ignoring the overall social progress and sacrifice resources and ecological environment, to achieve comprehensive and coordinated development of social, economic and ecological benefits, and ultimately to achieve the goal to boost the county's economy.
