Abstract


The development of relations with the Southeast Asian countries , Japan has gone through a focus on the economy , both economic and political , highlighting the political development process . Southeast Asian countries , Japan 's foreign policy is developed in Japan and Southeast Asian countries, economic relations on the basis of the development can be divided into four stages: the first stage from post-war to the ASEAN , Japan and Southeast Asian countries relationship renewal period ; second stage, from the establishment of the ASEAN in 1967 to the mid - 1970s , is the formation of the ASEAN foreign policy ; third stage the Fukuda doctrine introduced in 1977 to the end of the Cold War in the late 1980s , the ASEAN Foreign Policy development period ; 1990s , after the end of the Cold War into a new stage of Japan to ASEAN 's policy of gradually into the relatively stable maturity . Japan and Southeast Asian countries , the relationship between the center of gravity from the third stage into the relationship between Japan and ASEAN countries , but no matter at which stage of the economic diplomacy are the main features of the state-to-state relations in Japan and Southeast Asia , after the full development of bilateral political and security relations and orientation of the development of diplomatic relations are developed on the basis of economic diplomacy . This paper attempts to start from the analysis of the most important economic factor in the development of political relations between Japan and Southeast Asian countries , the analysis of economic factors in how role of relationship with the impact of both the development of other related factors compared in the relations between the two sides came to the conclusion of Japan and Southeast Asia the analysis of the role of economic factors in the country's political relations .
