Due to the rapid development of the electronics industry accelerating the pace of upgrading electrical and electronic products,the number of waste electrical and electronic products has also increased. If the waste electrical and electronic products are not dealt with well, they will pollute the environment.And a lot of valuable resources will be also wasted.Whether the planning of the network of reverse logistics is scientific or not,it directly affects the efficiency of logistics management.This paper plans the recycling network.The content and structure of this paper is as follows:(1) This paper overviews the theoretical basis of the network of waste electric and electronic products reverse logistics and considers on the practical experience of the network of waste electric and electronic products reverse logistics in a few developed countries and regions,like the United States, Japan and Taiwan China.And we point out the deficiencies of the network of waste electric and electronic products reverse logistics in China.(2) The waste electrical and electronic products will be divided into two categories.On the basis of the entire network of waste electrical and electronic products reverse logistics, a mixed integer programming model is established.(3)In this paper,we used the date of Zhejiang province in the 2006 to prove the validity of the model in this paper.And we used Lingo 8.0 to solve the programming in this paper.Except Hangzhou,four cities are chose to build recycle facility,like Yongjia、Fenghua、Yongkang and Wenling.And,there are four cities are chose to build handle facility,like Fenghua、Yongkang、Wenling and Xingchang.The resulting solutions suggest that an economically viable electronics recycling infrastructure is possible,a fundamental requirement for the future of waste appliances collection and processing in Zhejiang province.Since the types of electrical and electronic are different,the processes and the costs of the waste recycly are also different.But,most of the domestic and international studies assume that recycling or treatment plants can recycle or deal with all types of waste.Based on considering the location and types of the new plants,we establish a mixed integer programming model.And then the decision-makers can not only determine the location of factories, but also can determine the types of the new plant.But there are some shortcomings in this paper.We does not consider more than two types of waste electrical and electronic products and limit the path of the network of reverse logistics.And they are also the future direction of study.
