There are many forms in materials procurement,such as the price bidding procurement,direct order,bidding,etc.,the bidding is the main form of power supplies procurement,which can enhance the scientific and transparent of bidding and improve the quality of the tender.In this paper,at the point of practical bidding for electricity supplies have been studied,and we analyzed domestic and international status of the power of tendering and bidding,then the AHP evaluation is used in power supplies,and evaluation index weights model and evaluation model are proposed for empirical analysis.We analysis the problems in power supplies and institution-building,after game analysis,the recommendation of system construction and evaluation methodsare put forward.Making tender and evaluation more scientific and transparent,to prevent tendering to be unhealthy,and improving the quality of the tender are of great significance.
