Abstract

In order to well understand vine trees‘absorption and utilization of nutrition at different growing stages, then provide fertilizer-management theories with vine production, with 7 annual―Fenghou‖vine and nutrient solution with Hoagland formulation of high(N:180-60mg/L), medium(N:120-40mg/L)and low(N:60-20mg/L)concentrations, this study focuses on vine tree growing with nutrition, vine fruit quality, mineral element containment, rules on vine trees‘absorption and utilization of nutrition as well as water. Experiments show as:(1) The higher the concentration is, the longer and bigger the shoots are, the bigger the stem is, the larger the leaves are and the more chlorophyll contained. Studies on photosynthesis indicate that medium concentration is the stongest one. All says soundly that proper solution concentration is helpful in improving photosynthesis and photosynthate formation.(2) During the entire developmental stage of fruit, fruit cross section diameter, unit weight, contents of soluble solids and anthocyanin are all the biggest with medium concentration; Changes in fruit shape index are not so visible, but preparation with high concentration is bigger than other two; titratable acid content has an opposite trend: high concentration stands first, low and medium concentration take 2nd , 3rd place respectfully. The studies reveal that medium(N:120-40mg/L)concentration can improve fruit quality and its taste.(3) During entire growth and development stages, dry matter containment is always higher than that of fruit flesh and concentration doesn‘t have impact on fruit dry matter containment, there is no definite difference with nutrient solutions of various concentrations. In leaves, N and Ca contents are the highest while K, P and Mg go the second. Contents of all elements except K in fruits are lower than that of them in leaves. This indicates that to increase K fertilizers is helpful to fruit formation and its quality.(4) This study reveals that the amount of absorption to mineral elements increases with the rising of nutrient solution concentration. In whole growing stage, nutrient solution concentration has a great impact on absorption of mineral elements, the absorbing amount of Ca(29.4kg) is the biggest, N and K follow by while Mg and P with the least amount, the absorbing amount of Fe and B are the biggest in microelements. Vine trees‘absorption to mineral elements are in various stages. (5) The fertilizing scheme is drawn with reference to nutrient solution of medium concentration in this study. According to leaf area index, the amount of each mineral element absorbed by a―Mu‖of vine trees is calculated as follow: N: 18.35kg, P: 1.76kg, K:15.42kg,Ca:29.40kg,Mg:4.97kg,Fe:106.87g,Mn:19.73g,B:32.76g,Zn:9.78g,Cu:11.10g, H2O:210.97m3And in different stages, fertilizers with certain mineral element are applied: during vegetative growth phase, to mainly apply N and Ca fertilizers, accompanying with Mg fertilizers; in reproductive period, to add K fertilizers as well as proper amount of trace elements to the nutrient solution.
