Abstract


In the era of knowledge economy, human capital has become an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises. As an important means of human capital development and access to training, more and more enterprises to create value for the company to respond to competitive challenges, as well as to maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises. How to increase their competitiveness through training, and at the same time to achieve the common development of enterprises and employees, has become a major problem for many companies must face.
