Abstract


In recent years, the global automotive industry increasingly intense competition , China 's automobile manufacturing enterprises are facing more severe cost pressures . With the scale of production increases , the complexity of a mixed production , production efficiency requirements more stringent , some domestic enterprises have mentioned the relationship between market competitiveness of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of logistics strategic height , and the gradual introduction of advanced modern logistics concepts and models in order to improve the logistics operation efficiency . In this context , the logistics rational allocation of resources to reduce logistics costs and enhance the quality of logistics , to ensure logistics support of an important work , one of the automobile manufacturing enterprises generally the focus of the optimization of logistics resources . The purpose of this paper is to study the FAW welding logistics resource use problems in the use of the various theories of logistics management , and the development of a logistics resource optimization method to provide reference and basis for the development and improvement of the auto companies logistics resource management . To achieve this purpose , from three aspects of inventory control, logistics distribution , logistics facilities configuration , to study the FAW Car welding logistics resources optimization process . Use of the concept of JIT logistics , inventory control model and management methods ; Systematic Layout Planning Act , the layout of the welding logistics planning and design ; using path optimization model has been optimized operating path of the welding logistics facilities , E - plant production logistics the unloading -bit , logistics buffer , logistics tractor and forklift simulation model , simulation and optimization program , ultimately paid in practice and passed the examination . A summary of the research process , illustrates the whole idea with the key steps of the optimization of logistics resources , and further study logistics resource optimization recommendations and issues .
