Abstract


With the advent of the information economy and economic globalization to further accelerate the wave of information technology is sweeping the globe, the international economic order and structure of the information technology revolution prompted by material type to the information type. With the trend of economic globalization, information technology, enterprise transformation, reconstruction, modernization process will neglect the survival and development of enterprises will become a big problem.
