Abstract

“Fifth”period,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee,government,energy,metallurgy,building materials,agricultural and livestock products,chemicals,equipment manufacturing and high technology established as the dominant characteristic of our region’s six major industries,and advantageous industries become a driving force of economic growth in our region important force. However,with the continuous development of economy and society,"fifth," planning is clearly set out during a lag. In addition,"fifteen" was developed during the advantages of industry,for real implementation of major support,focusing on cultivating targeted in the implementation of the policy is not strong. How can economic development based on the current situation in Inner Mongolia and the need to develop in line with the actual situation of Inner Mongolia,features the advantages of industry,economic development and better service for the Inner Mongolia is before us an issue.This article is from a statistical point of trying to characteristics of the industry in Inner Mongolia location advantages of a study conducted. Dominant characteristics of the domestic industry for many articles,but the basic industries are based on analysis of existing,especially in the Inner Mongolia region on the choice of dominant characteristic industries of the literature and even less. This article based on the industry rather than the industry perspective,so that policies on the use of more operational,and try to use an integrated statistical methods,respectively,compared to vertical industries,the competitiveness of the industry cluster analysis standpoint,the use of ROUGH SET THEORY,factor analysis model and the model based on AHP GEM Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to sort out the 41 industries and contrast score,the last use of BORDA method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to determine the characteristics of industries in Inner Mongolia advantage. In the selection of indicators,the paper made reference to many domestic scholars advantageous industries for regional discourse and definitions,but also reference to the former article the idea of dominant characteristic industries.Modeling and analysis of ideas in the article,the article first set of principles by ROUGH 41 sectors of the region the initial screening,the following analysis is more scientific and operational; and were using factor analysis and model-based GEM AHP,after the screening analysis of the industry rate; last use of the BORDA method based on fuzzy evaluation of the above results of two methods composite score,and score the results based on analysis and interpretation given to,and ultimately gives policy recommendations in the hope of Inner Mongolia to develop a more targeted and operational policy development of the industry to provide their own reasonable proposal.
