Abstract

The membrane bioreactor is A membrane separation unit and a biological treatment unit consisting of a new water treatment technology. Its quality and stable water quality, small footprint, a small amount of excess sludge, convenient operation, easy to implement automatic control, etc.. However, the high costs of infrastructure and operation management costs, limiting its application and promotion. Non-woven as film alternatives with low-cost, low-power, high-strength characteristics, which has great application prospects. With the widespread use of organic pesticides, nitrogen and phosphorus content of sewage seriously overweight. The experiment as an inexpensive non-woven the membrane alternatives, the actual sewage processing using FSBR reactor. Contrast FSBR reactor SBR reactor removal of organic compounds in water, study non-woven in the efficacy of the play. Focuses research FSBR reactor in the run cycle, the effect of the removal of nitrogen and phosphorous indicators and influencing factors were analyzed. And explore non-woven filter mechanism of resistance is composed of the main factors of the pollution and the impact of non-woven. Finally, the recovery of non-woven cleaning method and flux derived optimal cleaning. The results show that: the the FSBR reactor under anaerobic reaction 3h, the aerobic reactor 5h, Jing Shen enters an idle state water 4h case, the best indicators of organic compounds in water and phosphorus removal. The system runs continuously 45d, comparing the two systems of organic removal FSBR reactor COD, ammonia, TN, TP average removal rates were 84.04%, 96.97%, 68.74%, 80.74%, than SBR reactor to go removal rate were 5.61%, 2.11%, 5.04%, 4.53%, is a non-woven interception suspended impurities in water, resorted to the effect of water in a sequencing batch reactor (SBR), non-woven surface to form a cake layer dynamic membrane, which contains biological relative removal of contaminants from water. However, the removal efficiency is not high. Analysis of the influence factors of the nitrogen and phosphorus removal FSBR reactor C / N ratio of between 4 to 7.6, its removal to the sewage dosing alkalinity substances, dosage ammonia amount five times more appropriate. The use of physical cleaning methods can not substantially restore the flux of the nonwoven fabric, the physical cleaning method, mechanical scrubbing hydraulic cleaning methods. Chemically acid cleaning, alkali cleaning and oxidants such as cleaning, acid cleaning is best, with a concentration of 0.7% H2SO4 soak 5h flux recover to more than 84% of the maximum. Using oxidant cleaning time-consuming shortest, the results would be better, but the oxidant damage of non-woven fiber part off, is not suitable as a cleaning method in practical engineering.
