Abstract

Wool / acrylic blended products in traditional dyeing methods boiling transfection conditions, but boiling dyeing wool fiber is likely to cause damage and staining streaky deterioration of the mechanical properties, such as wool weightlessness, after processing difficulties, feel rough, fabric yellowing dyed light-colored shade not bright; process of acrylic fiber at high temperature for a long time, not only damage the fiber, and high energy consumption, in order to prevent the cationic dye stained too fast, you need to add a large number of retarding agent, but it affects the fiber was The amount of color. Therefore, it is necessary to study the technology of low temperature dyeing of wool acrylic blended products. Currently, some enterprises have been trying to low temperature dyeing application wool production, but there is still uneven dyeing, dyeing impervious and low color fastness. Acrylic low temperature dyeing technology at home and abroad while rarely reported. The purpose of this thesis is to solve two major problems: First, the cationic dye acrylic fiber dyeing low 80 ~ 85 ℃; second is the presence of low temperature dyeing of wool levelness through poor dyeability, color fastness lower, thus achieving low-temperature dyeing technology of wool acrylic blended products. First screened out of the cationic dye can significantly improve the dye uptake of plasticizers (benzyl alcohol and butyl acetate), and for preparing acrylic best low temperature dyeing accelerator the emulsifier (Urethane milk); then developed acrylic with optimal preparation: low temperature dyeing accelerator Titanium Dioxide amount 20% (relative to the total volume ratio of emulsion), emulsifying machine speed 10000rpm, 1.76% (relative to the volume ratio of the emulsion of the total) of the amount of emulsifier, the water the amount of 78.24% (relative to the total volume ratio of emulsion), emulsifying time 10min. Dye uptake of cationic dyes dyeing temperature, dyeing time and low temperature dyeing additive factors, depending on the used low temperature dyeing auxiliary, developed two sets of acrylic low temperature dyeing of: ① low temperature dyeing auxiliaries benzyl alcohol when dyeing temperature 80 ° C, dyeing time 60 min, the dyebath pH of 4 to 5, the benzyl alcohol usage 8mL / L, and bath ratio 1:50; butyl acetate as an active ingredient for homemade ② low temperature dyeing auxiliary low temperature dyeing accelerator when the dyeing temperature of 85 ° C, dyeing time 60 min, the dye bath pH of 4 to 5, the amount of accelerator 30 mL / L, bath ratio 1:50. Application of the low temperature dyeing technology of acrylic stained, dyed acrylic fabric shade remains unchanged, washing color fastness up to 4 to 5, rubbing fastness ≥ 4 levels are basically reached the conventional boiling dyeing color fastness degree level, and dyed acrylic yarn strength than conventional staining increased significantly. By acrylic fiber optical microscope, XRD, TG, DTG study found that: the processing of acrylic fiber, acrylic fiber were significantly low temperature dyeing auxiliary benzyl alcohol and homemade accelerator at 80 ℃ and 85 ℃ swelling effect, quasi-crystallinity has decreased, but its supramolecular morphological structure does not change much; processing of low temperature dyeing auxiliary of the thermal stability of the acrylic fiber has a certain impact, but the impact amplitude than conventional staining when small. The dyeing kinetics studies have shown that: the acrylic low temperature dyeing auxiliary benzyl alcohol and homemade low temperature dyeing accelerator were able to improve the equilibrium adsorption capacity of cationic turquoise blue X-GB acrylic fiber, dyeing rate constant 80 ℃ and 85 ℃ dyeing half-dyeing time and the diffusion coefficient, lower dye. Add low temperature dyeing auxiliary dyeing rate constant and low temperature dyeing dye diffusion coefficient is much lower than conventional staining, at the same time, the half-dyeing time was significantly longer than conventional dyeing, it can improve the levelness of the acrylic dyed products. Improved low temperature dyeing of wool Firstly filter out the right hair mainly low temperature dyeing dyes: of Lanaset Yellow 2R Lanaset red G Lanaset gray G Lanaset blue 2R, Lanaset red sauce B Lanaset red 2B. Then through the dye transfer, the dyeing properties through dyeing, color fastness and dye uptake screened wool low temperature dyeing auxiliaries - cold leveler RS-80. The cryogenic uniform dye RS-80 when 85 ℃ staining, addition of Lanaset series dye wool dyeing rate slightly affect the performance of other stain basic to reach conventional staining effect and excellent performance. Dyeing of wool / acrylic blend with the bath cryogenic research found that wool low temperature leveling agent RS-80 dye uptake and dyeing of the cationic dye hypothermia dyed acrylic on acrylic fabric K / S values ??have little effect; the acrylic low temperature dyeing assistant agent benzyl alcohol or dyeing accelerator so lanaset dyes, dye uptake and dyeing wool fabric K / S values ??after a certain level of improvement, and home-made accelerator is larger than the rise of benzyl alcohol; wool / acrylic blended products with the bath dyeing dye additives have good compatibility. Wool low temperature leveling agent RS-80, benzyl alcohol and homemade accelerator can be applied to the low-temperature bath dyeing of wool / acrylic blended products, and on this basis, the paper design wool acrylic blended products with the bath cryogenic dyeing dyeing recipe and dyeing process.
