Abstract

Apricot cultivars of fruit trees in Xinjiang, one of its cultivation area has reached more than 300 million mu, Apricot varieties of fresh varieties. Southern Xinjiang apricot producing areas away from the domestic consumer market, and concentrated the apricots ripe harvest period, highly perishable, lack of storage and preservation technology, on the one hand, caused not effective storage ripe apricot, resulting in a lot of rot, only hanging made of dried apricots; the other hand, the Xinjiang apricots in the mainland market is completely blank. So, apricots postharvest physiology and technology of storage and transport of apricots sustained development of the industry was extremely important. This article buy apricots Xinjiang library materials, respiration rate, ethylene release rate, MDA, membrane permeability, Vc content test indicators, to study the process of storage and transportation impact extrusion, vibration, inside and outside the packaging, the type of preservative Xinjiang library Amat apricots postharvest physiology and storage effect, the test results are as follows: 1, the apricots falling from the 0-120cm high degree of freedom to study the impact of the apricots physiological and quality, the results show that with the whereabouts height increases, breathing peak in advance, compared with the control (114h), 30cm, 60cm, 90cm and 120cm with respiratory total of, respectively, 16% higher than that of the control, 49%, 64%, 75%. 2, respectively, apricots 0 kg, 1kg, 2kg and 3kg of static extrusion processing, the results indicate that with increasing static pressure, respiratory rate increased significantly when 114h 1kg, 2kg and 3kg processing total respiration than the control increased by 6%, 35%, 52%, respectively. 3, the vibration frequency between 2-5.4Hz apricot fruit not between cumulative treatment, the results show that control breathing (114h) breathing a total of 7177 mg · kg-1FW, 6h, 12h total processing respiration (114h) 9361 mg · kg-1 FW, 9903mg · kg-1FW, can be seen each treatment total respiration were higher than the control treatment, respectively, higher than that of the control percentage of 32%, 40%. 4, benzene cardboard boxes, plastic box packaging can protect reduced apricot fruit is squeezed impact, Foam Net the kit packaging can effectively reduce the vibration cumulative impact. The combined benzene crate, plastic box with foam net sets packaged processed apricots fruit postharvest the first 6d commodity rate differences, benzene cardboard boxes, plastic boxes, corrugated boxes, commodity rate of 83%, 81%, 29%, respectively. 5, respectively, using chitosan, a broad-spectrum fungicide and deethylenizer agent treatment apricot fruit, apricot fruit respiration rate, can be effectively suppressed to delay the emergence of the peak of the ethylene release rate, higher than the de-vinyl-agent treatment with broad-spectrum fungicide. 6, kit packaging foam net can suppress the vibration of apricot fruit damage; benzene crate or plastic box packaging effectively inhibit extrusion damage apricot fruit; the chitosan treatment effectively inhibit the rapid aging postharvest apricots, late storage inhibit microbial effect. More than three treatments combined processing apricot fruit is the optimal method of apricots commercialization process.
