Abstract

In the form of failure of the mining equipment, abrasive wear and its accompanying several wear and tear caused by equipment failure and scrapped, and caused economic losses can not be ignored. Laboratory to simulate the scene working conditions, the wear performance of several commonly wear-resistant materials testing and wear mechanism were analyzed by analyzing wear mechanism to adjust the composition of the material, the heat treatment process, and select the appropriate The material is very important. In this thesis, will carry out the work of the following two aspects: first, the development of the development of a low-stress abrasion conditions under abrasive wear testing machine for working conditions in different loose abrasive material low stress the scratches freedom wear and measured for wear weight loss of the test machine, achieved a satisfactory wear; Second, high chromium cast iron, 42Cr5 2Cr13 stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9 four wear-resistant materials, research under actual working conditions, anti-wear resistance through orthogonal experiment analysis of three factors that affect its wear resistance, while its wear mechanism analysis obtained several materials in the actual conditions of the state of wear after selecting materials in the design of mechanical equipment to provide a basis . This low stress scratch and wear testing machine is designed according to the abrasive wear in the under Low Stress scratch conditions concept, so-called low-stress scratching abrasive wear is abrasive specimen contact process between the sample with the abrasive the biasing force does not exceed the abrasive crushing strength, abrasive just scroll off from the surface of the specimen or the glide a wear process, because the force between them is small, so scratches relatively shallow. The wear is completely free abrasive wear loose, can simulate the working conditions of the site, between the abrasive and sample force through the inverter to adjust the speed to test. Test machine running smoothly, but there are still many inadequacies, the sample in the run to the silo bottom of the easy to abrasive crushed, so every once in a while you need to add the abrasive; another specimen with abrasive contact time short sample run one week only half of the trip contact with the abrasive, so the longer test cycle, these are areas for improvement. The main conclusions of the paper are the following aspects: First, the paper design and wear tester better simulate the working conditions of the scene, and the test results provide the basis for design selection;, high chrome cast iron wear performance is very excellent, but because of its weldability sieve use difference should not be done is generally used for the liner; Third, 42Cr5 its hardness second only to the high chromium cast iron, the pH of abrasive wear performance is poor generally suitable for screening dry abrasive sieve, the effect of the ideal; fourth for 2Cr13 stainless steel, little difference in the neutral pH of abrasive suitable sieve where working conditions are more complicated ; fifth, 1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel from the results of the experimental point of view, the worst wear performance, regardless of what kind of working conditions are the main reason is not the solution treatment, leading to its intergranular corrosion serious, followed lower hardness, the situation is more serious in the dry abrasive wear.
