Abstract


According to the actual needs of the processing of sheet plastic , some of the problems that exist in the ultimate test of the performance of sheet metal forming , combined with the latest progress of the forming limit test study , complete the following tasks : ( 1) the use of image recognition technology sheet forming the test, the application of this test technology ; relative to traditional means of measurement of light and vibration conditions of the test techniques for measuring environmental requirements are higher, richer data obtained ; can get not only the surface of the specimen failure strain distribution can also be measured strain data sheet deformation process , the three-dimensional coordinates of the measuring points , and reconstruct the surface of the sample data model . (2) comparative tests with the BHB bulging machine function the multifunction board material forming the test machine 's advantages homemade their needs improvement . (3) study the triangular node algorithm based on Lagrange strain to the traditional visual calculated comparison algorithm based on Lagrange strain accurate measurement of the point of view is more suitable for computer - aided measurement conditions . ( 4 ) to study the role of forming limit fitting algorithm to reduce the impact of material failure zone limit strain measurements , compared the accuracy of the different sheet metal forming limit prediction theory from the perspective of forming path , sheet thickness , the aging state Heat Treatment in plastic formability .
