Abstract


The preparatory group of Wenzhou supervision center established in April 2010, which is took nearly 8 months. After a lot of pre-inspection of learn from sister agencies and the NARI Technology Development Co., Led in Nanjing for design practice of database building, we did a lot of work for establishing the preparatory group. The whole process was busy but we felt fulfilling. We gave much attention and wisdom to the supervision especially to the backstage monitoring system. This article records the process, difficulties and corresponding solutions in the process of building a central ized monitoring system in the Wenzhou supervision centre.Although words in this article are weak, everything comes from practice naturally. This article contains a diagram of primary equipment connection; import system of secondary equipment remote alarm classification; and alarm system setting and alarm boards design. The highlight in this design is that we developed and operated alarm navigation and var control summarize diagram in accordance with our actual conditions.Some methods of operation and design in the monitoring center of Wenzhou are programs currently used, what maybe are inexperienced and immature. In addition we just contact to the OPEN 3000 system which the design is mainly based on. We need to improve the whole system in the future.
