Abstract


The thesis is divided into three chapters: Chapter : single- oxazoline ligands and alcohol selective oxidation of progress in response . From single oxazoline ligand type and its applications , alcohols' dissertation">beta - amino alcohols synthesis of three single- oxazoline ligands background ; from two aspects of the oxidation reaction current research and the transition metal catalyst system alcohol oxidation reaction background . Chapter II : The new single- oxazoline Ligands . Two new single - oxazoline ligands were synthesized : 1 , 2,6 - pyridinedicarboxylic acid as raw materials in concentrated sulfuric acid-catalyzed Fischer esterification , and then the quantity of the substances such as potassium hydroxide alkali selective hydrolysis of 2,6 - pyridine dicarboxylic acid monomethyl ester , by amidation , cyclization , hydrolysis , amide again , replaced by a ring , six-step synthesis of a single - oxazoline pyridine chiral body 2 - (5 - tert-butyl- oxazol-2 - yl ) -6 - ( oxazol-2 - yl ) pyridin- 8 ( R ) -4 - phenyl-4 ,5 - di - hydrogenated . 2 , 2,6 - pyridine Dimethyl raw materials, selective amidation , cyclization and the use of Grignard reagent and the introduction of a phenyl group three-step synthesis of (S) - diphenyl- (6 - (4 - phenyl - 4,5 - dihydro - oxazol-2- yl - ) pyridine-2- yl) methanol 13, lay the foundation for the synthesis of this new ligand analogs . Chapter III : Selective Oxidation of alcohol oxidation system . Green oxidant hydrogen peroxide , from 2,6 - bis (5 - tert-butyl- oxazol-2 - yl ) pyridine , 2,6 - pyridinedicarboxylic acid, and ferric chloride catalyst composed of acetonitrile as a solvent , reaction for 2 hours 40 ° C under the selective oxidation of primary alcohols to aldehydes, secondary alcohols to ketones . Explore Novel oxidation system for the selective oxidation of alcohols having a high selectivity , high-efficiency , inexpensive and harmless for the environment and advantages .
