Abstract


This paper analyses on the global creative industry development, observe and study on distinctive creative industry development in countries and domestic provinces with a wide angle of view perspective, and summarizes the experience. Then it focus on creative park as the representative of Shanghai creative industry development. Based on the field survey method, collected the first-hand creative park development material, through the typology view give classification and analysis of various public service platform in good creative park, explore the relationship of policy, platform content and park construction. With the "China’s industrial design museum", "Shanghai international innovative material Library" and "innovative intellectual property protection and transaction platform" three big public service platform in Shanghai International Industrial Design Center, launch concrete development pattern, from the policy, culture, material and market. With the help of characteristic public service platforms, design elements are refined, and resources are optimized. In order to improve the efficiency of the new product development, here gives out a new mode of product development, and this will be a resources based and integrating product development mode. Finally, with the suggestions from product design development process, public service platform content can be improved to be more complete.
