Abstract


Nowadays, vehicle is used as the replacement for walking, the demand is increasing rapidly. Automotive industry is the important strength to pull up the economy, which serves as the supporting industry of the national economy. The unabridged automotive industry building system can’t depart from the automotive components supporting system. In our country, facing the high speed increasing of automotive industry, automotive components industry also realizes the continuously high speed increasing. More and more new types of vehicle bring forward to the components industry. Quality management is one of the most important elements in the new product building project, which exists in the project all along and contributes to success, together with cost management, human resource management.This paper studies the project quality management overall status both in an out of the country, including the method and tools for quality management theory. It deeply analysis the implement of the elements of advance plan of quality control in EPS project for each phase. In the case of product test first pass rate low, it use the quality management methods and tooling widely, for example, using stat. sample method to collect the data, using fish bone chart to analysis process, machine, raw material and human resource, then find the root cause is existing in process method and measurement system of machine. The improvement action is using the method of PDCA cycles to improve the process control quality and daily maintenance of the machine.In this paper it solved the problem through research, which set the example for using quality control method and tooling in new product building project. It also has instructive sense for the company both to carry out project quality management and to increase the quality of new product.
