Abstract


The coexistence of debt obligations , also known as debt join our legal yet this provisions , the concept is unclear and the provisions of unknown lead to the coexistence of debt obligations market behavior lacks norms and guidelines , and is also prone to the facts in the trial and execution of practice identified the error and the law applicable to the confusion . Therefore, the author tries to coexist debt commitments from the legal principles and practical aspects of the research to the theoretical and practical development of the coexistence of debt assumed to play a role . This article first clear definition and elements of the coexistence of debt obligations . Coexistence of debt obligations defined derived described definitions and provisions of the civil law countries and China's Taiwan region on the coexistence of debt assumed , and discussed in detail the coexistence of debt obligations of the nature of the form of debt , and the nature of contact the creditors and the rights and obligations of the debtor and the third person described .
