Abstract


United Republic of Tanzania gained independence in 1961 , and diplomatic relations with China in 1964 , is one of the earliest African countries to establish diplomatic relations with China . Tanzania 's political stability , abundant natural resources , and long-term to maintain a low level of inflation and a stable foreign exchange rates , and has a good investment environment . 40 years of friendly exchanges , with the continued economic development of Tanzania as well as overseas market continues to expand in China , China's investment in Tanzania also continue to increase . From the 1960s , the Chinese government of Tanzania reconstruction Friendship Textile Mill since , in addition to the national investment outside personal Tanzania Investment also showed a rising trend . However , due to the different development history in Tanzania , the philosophy and the provisions of the labor laws of the two countries are very different . Tanzania experienced British colonial rule more than 40 years from the beginning of the 19th century , inherited the British legal traditions , Tanzania Employment and Labor Relations Act \rights and protection of employment standards , the right to organize and strike and work stoppage has different requirements , the Chinese-funded the enterprise learning Tanlao working method has a certain degree of difficulty . Therefore in Tanzania owned enterprises , labor issues become an important factor affecting the development of enterprises .
