Abstract


Justice is the primary value of the social system , just as truth is the primary value of the same ideology . Justice, the rule of law can be divided into substantive justice and procedural justice ( or known as the due process of law ) , and procedural justice is not only an important factor in the rule of law , and has a central role . Because the program determines the rule of law and justice process and results of operation of the effectiveness and stability, and fully reflects the substantive justice and security . Procedural justice is the embodiment of justice, the rule of law model is an important means of protection of human rights is to protect the human rights of social ideals . Therefore , to establish the concept of procedural justice , procedural justice fully understand the independent value , and as a value-oriented judicial reform in China , get rid of the drawbacks caused by procedural unfairness , thus achieving justice has important practical significance .
